replacement sheet policy
Horse Racing Products
In the event that races are canceled, or the Pick of the Day is a late scratch, you are entitled to a free replacement sheet for any future date by simply e-mailing the wizard at support@wizardraceandsports.com the day before or the morning of.
In the event that less than half the card has been run before races are canceled you are entitled to the same replacement policy.
Sports Products
If you purchased a GUARANTEED for our Sunday 3 game NFL Package and we don’t win at least 2 of 3 selections, you are entitled to a FREE replacement the following Sunday.
If you purchased a GUARANTEED for any other single game sports product such as the Game of the Week, Prime Time Game or Special Release, you are entitled to a FREE replacement the next time that same titled product is released for sale.
Refunds
There are NO refunds based on performance for any horse racing products and any sports products unless you purchased the guaranteed.
