Catches the right field in this Gr. 2 stake to run his record to a perfect 3-3. Stepped up in a big way to run down the embattled leaders in the Tremont June 6 over this track. Handled the step up in class and the stretch out in distance by finding a late burst of speed when taken off the rail in deep stretch. Today he gets an extra 1/2 furlong to work with and the right post for his running style. Perez who has been aboard in both wins is back on today.
